City of philadelphia returns

Good evening.  

Simple question, when are these forms going final?  This is crazy as 3/15 is less than a week away and still not approved or final for filing.  Anyone have an update?  Very disappointing.

While I'd also like to see these finalized, it may be helpful to note that they are due 4/18, not 3/15.

Agree on due date, except I have S corps and PTP's and investors who have no interest in filing extensions and waiting.  What a disappointment not to be approved or available.
