Charitable contributions flow through?

Is there any reason that charitable contributions flowing through from an Scorp, dont show up on the front page of the 1040, line 10b?   My client is not itemizing and I marked the box on the itemized deductions screen 25.

At this point, you need to delete the k-1 input and enter the amount as a cash contribution in Screen 25. The deletion is in case an update makes it functional and it would double an amount.
