Capital Gain Distribution incorrectly being treated as foreign sourced

Capital gain distributions on Form 1099-DIV are incorrectly identified on Form 1116 as foreign sourced. Any thoughts on why this is happening? Thank you.

Just found the answer in another thread. On screen 12, enter "-1" in the Foreign Tax Credit field titled, "Percentage foreign (.xxxx) or amount, if different - Capital Gain Distributions".
