cannot print complete tax return in Lacerte
one accountant unable to print complete tax returns with our site printer. all other accountants can print complete returns. that one accountant can print parts of a return and other documents, but not a complete return. have tried updating the print driver on that station (previously he had the same driver as all other users) updating print driver did not help
