Cannot move between client types. System freezes

When moving between different client types the system locks up.  Need to close our of Lacerte and then log back in.  Anyone having this problem and any solutions

Try running websetup force from the Lacerte tools hub. Here is a link to download the tool.

Thank you.  I will run that tool and see if it helps.
