Cancelling a estimated tax payment for NYC

Does anyone know how to cancel NYC estimated tax payments that have already been filed through the Lacerte Efile wizard.  The taxpayer had to close the bank account due to fraud.

    You can't do that through the software.  Someone is going to need to call NYC.
