Cancel Auto Renwal for Lacerte (Self Service)

Does anyone know how to cancel the auto renewal option for Lacerte subscription without calling Lacerte? Won't let me remove my credit card without entering a new one so that doesn't work.

Cancel the card.  Replace it with a new one.  Update all other auto pay with the new card.
