Can't remove text from screen 4.4

I have text in "Other reason unable to e-file" that I need to remove.  The original issue was resolved and now I would like to e-file, but I cannot delete or type over the original text.

Try unchecking the efile box. Remove your text. Then check the efile box.

The more I know the more I don’t know.
