Can't open Lacerte 2018 called Lacerte and there is over an hour wait. Is something going on or is it me? 8/27 1:05pm

1) WHAT happens (or doesn't..) when you try.
2) Have you rebooted?
3) If you've rebooted (hard reboot) and you still can't access the program, do a reinstall using WebSetUp and FORCE it even if it says you are up-to-date.
