Can't enter a dependent

Trying to enter dependent born in 2021. cannot enter and get message. exception E01Exception in module w21tax.at 003377F1. System.Argument Exception: An ite with the same key has already been added. Have no idea what this means or how to correct. Also cannot find out how to contact someone at Lacerte "in person".

The program is experiencing some "latency" issues and they are working on it.

I would consider exiting the program and then re entering to see if the experience improves. There is a phone number to call https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/taxation/help/how-to-contact-lacerte-for-help/00/4691 but hold times are horrendous.
