can not get in to the tax programs for 2018,2019,2022, and 2021

When I go through the normal verification steps for those tax years above, after I enter the 6 digit code, I get the message "Unable to Validate your Online Credentials" .. just those tax years, the others are fine. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Known issue - a notice was sent late last year to update all versions to avoid this.

The solution is to use WebSetUp and re-install every year there's an issue. And no, you won't lose your data. But I'm sure you have good back-ups anyway 😁
