Can I Still E-File Oregon Amended 2019 Return?

12/8/20 - Can I still e-file a 2019 Oregon-only amended return? I know the IRS and most states have shut down their e-file systems to upgrade for the next tax year, but I haven't been able to find any information on if Oregon is still accepting e-filed returns right now.

Assuming this is an individual return, don't believe you can.  OR is a piggyback/state-only state, which means the transmission needs to be processed through the IRS.  Since the IRS' system is shut down at the moment, you will need to wait for it to come back online, probably sometime in late Jan.

Did you not get any diagnostic/error message for trying to e-file the amended OR return?
