Can estate tax preparation fee be deducted in Form 1040?
Surviving spouse paid attorney for husband's estate tax preparation in 2020. Can she claim this fee in her 1040 tax returns?
If yes, under "misc deduction"?

It could be deducted on the 706, but she probably didn't pay any estate tax anyway.
