Can anyone tell me how to print a Status Report of all clients without 'un-password protecting' them?

No can do, but you can select the top filter on the left and choose a specific status. That will then just display those clients with that status.
OR You can also press F3 > Client Status > pick the one you want and it will highlight those clients.
OR Press F7 and select the Status you are looking for, then OK to get what was my first choice.
