California requires County at "time of filing"

My client has become an Indiana resident as of 1/26/2026 after moving from California. So, we are doing a full year California resident on her 1040 with an Indiana address. I keep getting an error diagnostic requesting the County at time of filing which is not listed in California drop down box. I've tried everything and don't know how to get rid of it.

Use the County they used to live in, in CA.

Or, pick any County you like... first one shown in the drop down.

This is info only, CA uses it for voter info - it has nothing to do with tax returns.  Since your client has left the Left Coast it won't matter.
