California LLC - 2023 PTET Election w/o having done so in 2022

LLC wants to make Pass Through Entity Tax election for 2023. They did not make the election in 2022.

In Lacerte, it automatically processes the voucher and letter for 2023 PTET IF it is elected for 2022.

How do I get Lacerte to process the voucher and letter for 2023 PTET if it is NOT elected for 2022?

Did they pay 50% of the tax by June 15, 2022?

If not it is too late to elect for 2022.

I misead the question.

The more I know the more I don’t know.
