I transmitted an electronic return this morning; federal was accepted, but CA was rejected because I needed to run a Lacerte update. I ran the update and attempted to transmit CA again. It keeps rejecting because it wants the federal return to go with it, but federal isn't transmitting again because it was already accepted. Is there a way around this? My call to customer support was useless.
