CA SMLLC Extension / Estimate Payments in Lacerte?

I am filing an extension for a client's individual return with a CA SMLLC. I have entered the SMLLC bank account info to pay the 2019 $800 (which hasn't been previously paid), and also the 2020 $800 minimums.
The instructions all show this correctly to be withdrawn automatically on July 15th. But how do I actually e-file these? I have filed the individual extensions already, but the SMLCC payments did not show as being included with that. And the separate LLC filing screen only shows filing the actual LLC return, not the extension.
What am I missing? Is it even possible to file the extensions for the SMLLC in Lacerte?

We don't currently support the separate filing of the extension for CA SMLLC. To make the payment, please go on the FTB website at ftb.ca.gov/pay and make the payment for Form 3537 there. Alternatively, you can mail the check as shown on the voucher.
