Newbie coming from Proseries. I know Lacerte can create CA SMLLC under Indivudal module. Can the same be done on Partnership Module? Only complete the form 568 and efile CA SMLL

Sorry, I think I read the question incorrectly. The answer is yes, but why would a SINGLE MEMBER be filing using the partnership module? The 568 can be done for FREE with the 1040/540, but you likely would have to pay REP to use the Partnership module. https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/partnership/help/generating-partnership-ca-form-568-lines-6-8/00/5549

@George4Tacks A partnership /LLC can own 100% of another LLC, or of many LLCs. Tiers (and tears)
