CA SMLLC 1ST YR BEING ASSESSED $880 TAX

New CA SMLLC organized with the CA Secretary of State in 2021.  1st year in business box checked as well as initial return and the Lacerte program is assessing the $800 tax despite the fact that it has been waived for entities formed in CA from 1/1/21 through 2023.   When will this be fixed?

input form 54.013. Date business started in CA

Had the 1st year in business box checked but it looks like you have to over ride the program on something that should be automatic once you check the box first year doing business in CA.  Thanks!
