CA e-file is rejecting saying install new version of lacerte

I keep getting a CA e-file reject and it states a new version of lacerte needs to be installed.  When I check the version I have it says I have the latest version.  What can i do?

Use WebSetUp and force even if it says "up to date".  Or use the Lacerte Tool Hub & install (again) from there.

And no, you won't lose your data.
