Question

CA amend will not efile without federal return? Error: fed return is required for state to file. To resolve we are selecting federal efile. Tried again; will not efile

Did the original fed and CA get Efiled by your program?

Did you remove the e-file check box for federal in Screen 1? 

Did you use the Start e-file Amended Return Wizard?
