c-corporation return due date redux
Why has Lacerte not fixed its notation that a Straight-line corporation with a year that end 9-30-24 has a deadline of 12-15-24? According to the instructions it is not what the IRS requires. The instructions for an 1120 return say the 15th day of the fourth month, so January 15.
Only fiscal years ending IN JUNE have a filing deadline of the 25th of the third month.
This issue has been raised before.
