Can I make a direct electronic payment of C Corproation's tax balance and estimated tax through La Certe? or Should I use EFTPS to pay C Corp's current tax balance and estimate tax?

I prefer Federal EFTPS if client is already set up on this (for 941 tax for example), it works well. Why go through a "middleman" if it is not necessary?
