Bug in Form 2441 e-file requirement
This error message is generated "There must be a credit for child and dependent care expenses on Schedule 3 for efile purposes when a Form 2441 is present in the return. This return must be filed on paper. (ref #58226)
This is incorrect because if clients have Dependent Care Beneftis in Box 10 of W2 to be off-setted by the Depdenent Care Credit, there will not be a Credit shown on Schedule 3, and Schedule 3 is not needed. Or when there is unused Box 10 amount that becomes taxable, there also will not be a Schedule 3.
Please fix the bug in the program.
