I thought I saw at some point in the past that Lacerte may keep track of time you are in a clients file doing data entry etc. Is that so? Or is my memory faulty?

It keeps track of how long the file is open. If the phone rings, you need to close the file before answering. If you gotta pee, you need to close the file before leaving the computer. If you ....
