    Are they also refusing to take any distributions from the estate or trust?

    No ein or ssn, then you have a paper file return and just put REFUSED for the ID number. 

    Answers are easy. Questions are hard!

      Trustee/Executor should also refuse to make any more distributions until the number is provided.

      The more I know the more I don’t know.
