beeping fire alarm

yesterday's tech support call.  her fire alarm battery beeped during the entire phone call.  I think you can imagine how annoying that could be.

just venting.

and that annoyance was secondary to the wait to get Lacerte unfrozen.

    guess i still need to vent...

    and no survey was sent to me about this call.  (do they know when support is bad and sending a survey would be unwise.)

      Maybe she thought if she started a fire, she could get your program to thaw out.
