bag graphic on start up, please get rid of the photo of the woman. this is no way to get through tax season.

I have been a customer since the dot matrix printer. Having to look at this photo everyday is no way to live. Something must be done ASAP.

What's wrong with my dot matrix printer?

Maybe Intuit could follow the lead of IRS and use pictures of missing children.

    We're looking into it, in the meantime you can try out the workaround listed in the link.

    I saw a comment from someone that the work-around works only around Lacerte.  Can any ProSeries users post their experience?
