backing up a corporation for three tax years and being able to show each year by itself on my USB Disc

For each year, while in the program:

Highlight the client > Ctrl + B (for backup), select as the *destination* your flash drive, click on OK.  There are 6-8 files that will show up on your flash drive;  ALL of those files are necessary.
