Automatic Change Back to Default Preparer
For some reason, on both business (all forms) and personal, the software has been changing the return preparer back to the default preparer when being proforma'd over to the next year. Has anyone else seen that their default preparer (preparer #1) shows up as the preparer on an existing client's return after the proforma to the next year without manually changing the preparer?
Any ideas of what could be the cause or if this is actually a glitch in the proforma?
