are fiduciary returns affected by the IRS e-file shutdown?

will we be able to e-file a fiscal year end fiduciary return before Jan. 15th due date?

    the 1041 isn't covered by the business entity shut down.

    Then it's covered by the individual shut down which has already happened. I never remember which bucket.

    I don't have any 1041s to test now.

    The more I know the more I don’t know.
