I believe the employer is suppose to take care of adjusting additional withholding if it is just on one W-2. Is it okay to show as additional withholding on your tax return when it is on just one W-2?

209,918 x 1.45% = 3,044.
It appears that the one employer did overwithhold by $ 89. THAT should be refunded by the ER.
It has nothing to do with the F.8959.
9918 x .009 = $89 and is the appropriate addl withholding when wages are >$200K I believe.
