Applying changes to multiple clients
Hello All!
I am returning to Lacerte after 20+ years and struggling with the functionality from the workflow side.
I want to be able to select multiple clients and apply changes to all (not status updates).
Example: we had a couple preparers leave and I need to reassign the Staff Preparer. Rather than do this manually for each client, I want to be able to select a group of clients and apply the change to all.
How can this be done?
