Anyone have issues with what program options transfer from the prior year software?

Every year it seems that random parts of the program options transfer, and others do not. And it is not consistent from computer to computer what transfers and what does not.

Do different users have their User Options set differently?

The more I know the more I don’t know.

They do. But they still did not transfer properly on the individual computers. This link lists what should transfer automatically. https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/what-program-options-transfer-from-the-prior-year-software/00/3351

But user display options only transferred on some modules, and it was different modules on different computers. Also, Custom Filters did not transfer. Even our Federal ID number did not transfer this time. It's very random and illogical. So we basically have to check everything and then manually transfer what didn't transfer automatically.
