AMENDING A 1065 K-1 FOR A WRONG SOCIAL SEURITY NUMBER

I'm trying to see if there is a simple way to amend a 1065 K-1 for a wrong social security number only.

Nothing else changes.

You have to amend the 1065, too. Check the amended box. Fix the SSN and mark that K-1 as amended.

Attach the explanation of why you are amending.
