am I to have Authorization for both the Parent and the Consolidator entities? both have the same EIN number and I can not get Consolidator to open Forms

Need to file ext for consolidated 1120    -  however I authorized the parent not the consolidator entity - what do I do now ?

As time is of the essence, assuming calendar year, authorize the other one.
