Adding interest rates at the Options tab

Trying to add interest rates but keep getting the error message that I don't have sufficient rights to update data. I hold the license!!!

I would first like to alerte @IntuitBettyJo that AT LEAST the CA link is broken for state rates at https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/individual/help/how-to-enter-federal-and-state-interest-rates/00/5305

Go to Settings > Manage Users > that should take you to the "My Account" where permissions are granted. You should see yourself listed as account admin. If not you may need to contact support to get that corrected.

You may have to adjust user rights https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/order-products-from-intuit/help/setting-trustee-rights-to-grant-or-revoke-user-access-to-a/00/4833
