Question

A "Loss on IRA" of $13,000 showed up on my CA itemized deductions, we did not imput it, have no idea where it came from, has anyone else seen this?

Check batch input (CTRL+W) on Screens 13.1, 20, 24 and 25.  My best bet is you'll find it somewhere in one of those.  Otherwise, I'd send it to Lacerte (CTRL+L) for them to look at the file and help you find it.

Is there a federal 8606, IRA withdrawals, and no 12/31/24 FMV entered?
