8615 family link
I spent probably 2 + hours yesterday on phone with inept support related to family link and Form 8615. I was literally told, "I cannot escalate you or I will lose my job". The second call, after 13 minutes of explaining the issue, the "support" person said, "is this on a 1040?"
Numbers pulling into the calculation are incorrect for the child's return.
I really need help on this issue and it appears to me there may be a programming error on this.
