8582 for Fiduciary wont show rental activity as active participation

Is there some box that needs to be checked or hours entered? I've looked everywhere. The boxes about nonpassive or not materially participating are NOT checked, I've checked all schedules. Thanks for the help.

Estate or trust?

The default is active, but :

"Only an individual, a qualifying estate, or a qualified revocable trust that made an election to treat the trust as part of the decedent's estate may actively participate in a rental real estate activity."

The more I know the more I don’t know.
