Intuit spends it time adding feature to Lacerte where you can buy additional services.  Intuit doesn't spend time making the program work!!!

    @snootsdad I do not disagree. Intuit has a pathetic addiction to Feature Creep resulting in severe Application Bloat especially Lacerte and QuickBooks in my experience

    However the "Unexpected Behavior: eFile" in Lacerte was solved at least according to this link posted by @IntuitAustin
