52/53 Week Year- Exempt Org Extension

I have a form 990/990T Exempt Org filer with a 52/53 Week year (09/28/2024 - 09/26/2025).  Lacerte is giving me a short year diagnostic and is not letting me e-file the extension.  Does anyone have a work around?  I contacted Lacerte and they were unable to assist me.  First year using Lacerte to prepare this 990.  Previous years was CCH Prosystem and never had a problem with filing extensions.

The 52/53 week year may not have anything to do with it.

No, that did not work for me.  What I had to do was disable e-file errors right before transmitting the extensions.  The extensions were approved and received by the IRS.
