4/7 e-filings - Scheduled payments not being deducted from client's accounts?
On 4/7 e-file allowed CA to be filed and US was denied because of an update. After update was complete the system would not allow to file only US and resubmitted the state as well. State filings obviously "failed transmission" because they were previously submitted. All US and State filings now show "Accepted" however all of those clients have not had their scheduled payments come out of their accounts. Anyone no what the issue might be and how to fix it?
