$300 Above the Line Charitable Deduction/Recovery Rebate Credit

Does Lacerte automatically enter this when you have charitable deductions entered but do not itemize?  I cannot find anywhere to enter the deduction other than thru Sch A.  Also, can anyone tell me where to enter info for the Recovery Rebate Credit?

Screen 25 > Cash Contributions > look for check box Deduct cash charitable ...

Screen 38.2 Recovery Rebate Credit

Hint: When in  detail, use Ctrl + F to start a search. Try Recovery and see what you get.
