Why is the Update button blacked out on the 2024 program?

    We don't do updates anymore. We just say YES when they are offered to us. https://accountants.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/update-products/new-2024-lacerte-silent-updater/L5Wm9Gxsx_US_en_US?src=G4T

    When you sign on, you should see this OR an offer to do an update

    If you really want to force an update use the install program 20YY Lacerte Web Setup OR Lacerte Tool Hub.
