2024 lacerte backu

I hate this new lacerte backup.  I see where it says downloaded update but then when I restart program and ck version, it is not updated.  Also sometimes it says "error check back later."  I saw online another cpa had their program changed to update the old way.  If you read this lacerte I want the old way.  New way is terrible.   [removed]
