2023 Lacerte tax program won’t open

My 2023 tax softwarelets me login but then won’t open or pull up client lists.
2022 will open just fine.

 

is anyone else having this problem?

also, Lacerte Toolhub won’t open either.

i did Websetup on Lacerte 2023.  Still won’t open?

Getting desperate.  3 hours spend trying to resolve this.  Help please!

Have you tried rebooting your computer?

Are you on a cloud server?

Hello-

We had something similar happen with our users and had to reset the client list grid.  The program opened but no clients would load in the All clients view. (they would in the e-file Clients view)  Before calling support and getting the instructions on resetting the Client List Grid, we got some users client lists to load by changing the display to under 7 columns.  Not sure if this is the issue you are experiencing but hope that helps!
