2020 update will not fully download and install Why?

Download get stuck at 20Winopslibrary and never gets beyond there.

Keep trying. I typically have to try to update 3 times before it will complete.

The more I know the more I don’t know.

Thanks for the advice. You would think Lacerte would fix this problem immediately. I am beginning to wonder if they have any plans to continue to support or produce the software.

The only way I can even exit the stuck software is to Ctrl Alt Del, then end Lacerte!

Is there another way?

Press the windows key and type 2020 Lacerte Web Setup and hit enter

Then use it to do a clean install.

Ok I will give that a try. Thank you all for the time on this.

I decline to do in product update, exit the program and run the YYYY Lacerte Web Setup I am not sure if I can really blame Lacerte or Microsoft. Update typically works well, but I have become gun shy.
