2020 Lacerte Install
Not sure if this is the correct place - I just installed 2020 Lacerte - it is a network install - like I have been doing for 20 years - when I go to open 2020 I get an error message:
DoBeforeInitialize: Exception - Error initializing config
Error updating proforma system files
EFCreateError: Cannot create file"C:\Lacerte\20tax\TMLTR1.ipo" The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
I don't have anything else open or in use, i have rebooted twice and reinstalled. Any suggestions?
